The American Spectator Foundation is the donation receiving arm of the American Spectator, an on-line and print conservative magazine.
The editor-in-chief, R. Emmett Tyrrell, is also an adjunct fellow at the Hudson Institute, and Amy K. Mitchell, the Managing Editor worked previously for the Cato Institute.
